About us
Natalie Ramm and Jen Acton have 25 years of marketing and copywriting experience between them (22 of those in publishing). Since teaming up in 2014, they have worked together closely to create and consult on marketing campaigns and copy for a wide range of titles across the publishing industry – from literary fiction and non-fiction to crime thrillers and children’s books.

About Natalie
After a few years in advertising, Natalie spent seven years at Penguin Press, where she won various awards for her marketing campaigns – including the BMS Marketing Campaign of the Year for Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman. She left PRH as Deputy Marketing Director in 2014 to set up her own business, and loves the constant variety, creativity and inspiration that comes from working with publishers of all shapes and sizes.
In 2019, she also published her first children book, Man in the Mountain, with Ragged Bears.




About Jen
Jen is a marketing consultant, podcast producer and copywriter, specialising in all things digital. She worked in marketing at Penguin Press, The Booksellers’ Association and Pushkin Press before going full-time freelance in 2017. She works for the Women’s Prize for Fiction part-time and has built the Prize’s digital channels into a year-round platform dedicated to celebrating women’s voices, including a popular podcast. She has a keen eye for design and is trained in video editing.
